This platform is dedicated to kratom consumers and those interested in natural products for health. We aim to create a space where you can freely discuss your experiences, share knowledge, and connect with others who share your interests.

1. Purpose and Audience

Our platform is a space for discussions about kratom and other natural products. We welcome everyone who shares an interest in these topics, whether you’re a long-time user or just curious.

2. Behavioral Expectations

• Respect and Honor: Treat each other with respect and honor. Engage in discussions with an open mind and a positive attitude.
• No Spamming: Spamming, especially unsolicited promotion of products, is not allowed. Please keep the focus on meaningful discussions.
• Have Fun: This is a community, so enjoy your time here and contribute to making it a welcoming place for all.
• Politics: should be only related to kratom and natural alternative medicine only, you may talk about laws changing but you maynot talk about unrelated politics.

3. Content Policies

• Allowed Content: Discussions around kratom and other natural health products are encouraged.
• Prohibited Content: Hate speech, violence, and harassment have no place here. If you see something that violates these rules, please report it.
• Misinformation and False Claims: We rely on the community to help identify and address misinformation. If a post contains potentially harmful or life-threatening information, it will be removed. Otherwise, we encourage users to engage constructively in the comments.

4. User Interaction

• Respectful Engagement: Feel free to interact with anyone, but remember that spamming or unsolicited advertising is prohibited.
• Self-Policing: We encourage you to take part in maintaining a positive environment. Administrators of groups have the authority to remove members as they see fit. If you encounter something that could be life-threatening, report it to site administration.

5. Privacy and Safety

• Privacy Controls: You have control over your privacy settings similar to Facebook. Regularly review and adjust these settings to your preference.
• Responsibility: By posting, you acknowledge that your content may be shared beyond your control. Be mindful of what you share, as your words have consequences.

6. Content Moderation

• Human Moderation: We currently rely on human moderators, with plans to expand our team as needed. We aim to avoid over-moderation, so we’re taking a flexible approach for now.
• Consequences: Depending on the severity, content removal may lead to a permanent ban. Remember, treat others how you wish to be treated.

7. User Responsibility

• Follow the Guidelines: All users are expected to follow these guidelines and treat others with respect.
• Reporting Issues: Users can report problematic behavior, but final decisions rest with the moderation team directly above the user. Group moderators have the autonomy to set and enforce their own rules.

8. Appeals and Disputes

• Appealing Moderation Actions: Users may appeal actions taken against them, but whether an appeal is heard is up to the moderation team.
• Handling Disputes: Disputes between users should be resolved by the relevant moderation team. False reports may be publicly addressed and could result in penalties.

9. Updates and Changes

• Guidelines Updates: These guidelines may be updated as necessary. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the updated guidelines. Major changes will be communicated through site-wide notifications.

10. Legal Considerations

• Zero Tolerance for Criminal Content: Posting illegal content (i.e., criminal activities) is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be banned and possibly reported to law enforcement.
